Releasing native species to marine parks or artificial reefs or elsewhere alike would enhance the odds of survival of the fish and help recovering the impaired marine eco-system in Hong Kong.
AFCD has set up numbers of artificial reefs at various marine parks, natural hatching sites and fish farms in order to offer additional shelter and nursery for marine lives and repair the damaged eco-system due to severe overfishing.
